A business client, specialising in business outsourcing and call centre operations, needed a way to simplify the process of gathering sales target data and running payroll using the collected data. Their existing solution was one big spreadsheet shared among team leads and the members of their accounts department.
This software allows sales team leads to manage their agents' information and track their metrics.The software will then use the company's remuneration structure and other variable parameters to calculate their salaries, commissions and bonuses including deductions, penalties and leave allowances. Once processing has completed, the software will generate a salary record with the amount payable. The agents are able to self-serve this information using their own dashboard.
